Hi. I’m Noah Zidel and I’m a Professional DJ Entertainer. Welcome to my website!

When I was 15, I wanted to buy a boombox to listen to music, make tapes, and share my music with people. However, my mother thought it was totally inappropriate for me to be spending so much money ($200).  She thought I should be saving all my money for college! Disappointed, I settled for a Sony Walkman (for just $70), so I was now able to listen to music...but only on my headphones, by myself  (frown).

I own and operate Manhattan Express Entertainment  and have been DJing and Entertaining professionally since 1990.  I have performed at nearly 1,000 events including Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Birthday Parties, Sweet 16s, School Dances, Camp Dances, Proms, Corporate Events, Night Clubs, Harbor Cruises, and more, entertaining literally tens of thousands of people.

With a huge collection of music, I spin Top 40, Hip Hop, R&B, Motown, Soul, Funk, Rock, Disco, House, Reggae, MashUps, and more.  My rule of thumb is, if it gets people dancing, I’m playing it!

Ten years later things would change! Oh yes, things would change.  Not long after I graduated from UMass Amherst’s Business School, I put together a multi-thousand watt sound system, a spectacular light show and opened up my own entertainment company called Manhattan Express.  Thus began my career as a Professional DJ Entertainer.   (Mom, if you had just let me buy that awesome boombox I was drooling over, maybe you would have had a doctor or a lawyer for a son).   I still love you Mom!  And I’m having a great time every weekend playing music for hundreds of people at clubs or entertaining at private events.
